| 体质是糖尿病及其并发症发生发展的基础，不同体质的形成是由于人体生理功能不平衡造成的。由于存在体质的差异，任何疾病的发生、发展必然受到体质从化的影响。临床中对糖尿病及其并发症的辨治，应从辨体、辨病、辨证三个方面入手，才能全面把握疾病的根本。 |

| Constitution is the basis of the occurrence and development of diabetes and its complications.Different constitutions are formed due to the imbalance of physiological functions.Because of the different constitution,the occurrence and development of any kind of disease is inevitably influenced by transformation according with constitution.Therefore,in clinic,only from three aspects——constitution differentiation,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,one can comprehensively grasp the root cause of a disease when making syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetes and its complications. |
