| 目的：观察应用通调督脉化瘀排毒法治疗尿毒症晚期的临床疗效。方法：将92例尿毒症晚期患者随机分为两组，治疗组48例，除一般治疗外，加用海洋生命平衡超导治疗仪，将中药干粉剂作用于督脉、足太阳膀胱经的五脏六腑之俞穴，每日3次，每次1小时；对照组44例，给予一般治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率及生化指标与对照组比较均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论：应用调督通脉化瘀排毒法，能提高尿毒症晚期患者的临床疗效。 |

| To observe the clinical curative effect of the method of regulating governor vessel and removing blood stasis and expelling toxin for treatment of uremia at advanced stage.Methods:92 cases of uremia at advanced stage were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (n=48) were treated with conventional therapy plus applying powder of Chinese materia medica on governor vessel,Shu acupoint of five zang and six fu organs of bladder channel of foot greater yang (BL),three times a day and one hour for each time,and the control group(n=44) were treated with conventional therapy.Results:The total effective rate and biochemical indicator of treatment group are significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:By using method of regulating governor vessel and removing blood stasis and expelling toxin,the clinical curative effect of the patients of uremia at advanced stage can be improved. |
