    摘要:

    目的:观察中药复方驱铅灵浸膏粉对铅暴露动物学习和记忆损害的拮抗作用。方法:将48只SD大鼠随机分成6组,除正常对照组和中药对照组大鼠外,其余各组大鼠均连续饮用28天0.05%的醋酸铅水溶液,铅暴露组大鼠每日予生理盐水灌胃。低、中、高剂量驱铅灵组每日分别以3.46g/kg、6.93g/kg、13.86g/kg剂量的驱铅灵浸膏粉灌胃。采用Morris水迷宫学习和记忆等行为指标,观察慢性低水平铅暴露对成年大鼠学习和记忆的影响及驱铅灵的治疗效果。结果:慢性低水平铅暴露可引起大鼠空间参考记忆和空间工作记忆的损害,中药复方驱铅灵浸膏粉可明显拮抗这种毒性作用,并可显著提高铅暴露动物在Morris水迷宫中的学习记忆成绩。结论:中药复方铅驱灵浸膏粉对慢性低水平铅暴露引起的学习和记忆损害有明显的拮抗作用。

    Abstract:

    To observe antagonistic effect of a Chinese materia medica prescription-Quqianling powdered extract on learning and memory impairment caused by exposure to lead.Methods:48 SD rats were randomly divided into six groups,and were fed with 0.05% lead acetate solution consecutively for 28 days except for those of normal control group and Chinese medicine control group.Rats of lead-exposure group were given Sodium Chloride daily by intragastric administration.Rats were given Quqianling powdered extract by intragastric administration in Quqianling treated groups of three kinds of dosage,which was 3.46g/kg,6.93g/kg,13.86 g/kg respectively.By using behavioral indexes such as learning and memory in Morris water maze,influence caused by chronic exposure to low-dose lead and curative effect of Quqianling were observed on rats.Results:chronic exposure to low-dose lead could injury spatial reference memory and spatial working memory,but Quqianling powdered extract could apparently antagonize the toxicity,significantly improve rat's behavior in Morris water maze test.Conclusion:Quqianling powdered extract has significant antagonistic effect on rat's learning and memory impairment caused by exposure to lead.
