| 鹳龙定喘汤为自拟方，临床用于支气管哮喘急性发作期。全方具有祛风解痉、活血解毒、祛痰平喘之功。应用鹳龙定喘汤治疗38例支气管哮喘急性发作期(治疗组)，并与常规宣肺降气、化痰平喘法治疗的37例进行对照观察。结果，治疗组在肺功能测定、哮喘缓解率、主要症状体征起效时间等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。表明在支气管哮喘急性发作期的常规治疗中，加用鹳龙定喘汤，能够明显提高临床疗效。 |

| Guanlong Dingchuan Decoction was a self-formed prescription for clinical treatment of bronchial asthma in acute episode. The formula performs functions of expelling 'wind', Spasmolysis, promoting blood flow, deintoxication, eliminating phlegm and conquering wheezes. Thirty-eight bronchial asthma contracted patients in acute episode were treated with the formula and Thirty-seven cases were applied with the conventional therapy of opening the inhibited lung and lowering adverse-rising qi for comparison. Results showed treatment group were remarkably better than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in the lung function test, asthma remission rate, cardinal symptom physical sign efficacy time, etc. It had been suggested that the conventional therapy plus Guanlong Dingchuan decoction could significantly enhance clinical curative effect. |
