| 目的：治疗慢性鼻炎及变应性鼻炎的纯中药喷鼻剂的疗效观察。方法：选取慢性鼻炎患者30例，及变应性鼻炎患者30例，使用舒鼻灵喷剂治疗。结果：(1)慢性鼻炎有效率为80%，变应性鼻炎有效率为83.3%。(2)采用症状体征记分评定表显示慢性鼻炎组中，鼻堵改善显著(P＜0.01)，变应性鼻炎组中鼻堵、喷嚏及流涕等症状改善显著(P＜0.01)，鼻痒改善明显(P＜0.05)；(3)无过敏及其他毒副作用。结论：舒鼻灵喷剂治疗慢性鼻炎、变应性鼻炎疗效确切，安全无任何毒副作用，值得临床推广。 |

| To observe clinical therapeutic effect of shubiling nasal spray on chronic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis. Methods: patients of chronic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis (30 cases of each) were treated with the test medicine. Results:the effective rates for chronic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis were 80% and 83.3% respectively; the table of signs and symptoms showed the chronic rhinitis group had remarkable improvement in nasal congestion(P<0.01) and improvement of sneeze and snivel(P<0.01), nasal congestion(P<0.01), nasal itch(P<0.05) in allergic rhinitis group，while no allergy or adverse, or toxic effects have been found. Conclusion: shubiling nasal spray has a definite effect on chronic and allergic rhinitis without obvious adverse or toxic effects, thus worth wide application. |
