To observe clinical therapeutic effect of shubiling nasal spray on chronic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis. Methods: patients of chronic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis (30 cases of each) were treated with the test medicine. Results:the effective rates for chronic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis were 80% and 83.3% respectively; the table of signs and symptoms showed the chronic rhinitis group had remarkable improvement in nasal congestion(P<0.01) and improvement of sneeze and snivel(P<0.01), nasal congestion(P<0.01), nasal itch(P<0.05) in allergic rhinitis group，while no allergy or adverse, or toxic effects have been found. Conclusion: shubiling nasal spray has a definite effect on chronic and allergic rhinitis without obvious adverse or toxic effects, thus worth wide application.
