| 中医药在肿瘤的预防及治疗中始终发挥着较突出的作用，特别是中西医结合治疗可以明显提高肿瘤治疗的疗效和延长肿瘤患者的生存时间。随着高科技实验方法的渗透，中医药防治肿瘤的作用机制正逐渐被现代医学研究所揭示。在肿瘤的防治过程中，中医药在提高机体免疫功能、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞转移、逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药等方面发挥着突出作用。利用基因芯片技术，将有助于从分子生物学水平上阐明中医药防治肿瘤的作用机制。 |

| Chinese medicine has been playing an important role in prevention and treatment of cancer, especially through integrated Chinese and western medicine by which curative effect is enhanced and survival time with tumor is prolonged. With the penetration of hi-tech experiment methodology, the mechanism of prevention and treatment is being brought to light by contemporary medicine. In the process, Chinese medicine plays a key role in promoting immunity function and cancer apoptosis, inhibiting cancerometastasis, and reversing drug tolerance, etc. The use of genetic chips will help elucidate the mechanism of Chinese medicine in preventing and curing cancer on the biological level. |
