| 目的：探讨香砂六君子汤对脾胃虚寒型胃癌患者的临床疗效；方法：收集大港医院肿瘤科住院胃癌患者共60例，随机分为中药治疗组和对照组，中药组顿服香砂六君子汤治疗，对照组口服西沙必利、乳酸菌素或思密达治疗，两周后观察症状、疼痛及生活质量变化；结果：应用香砂六君子汤可以有效改善患者的脾气虚症，缓解疼痛并提高生活质量；中药组与对照组相比较，无统计学差异；结论：香砂六君子汤有利于缓解胃癌患者症状，具有一定的临床推广价值。 |

| to investigate curative effects of Xiang Sha Liujunzi Tang in treating gastric cancer of spleen-Stomach deficiency-cold.Methods:60 subjects from Dagang Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group administered Xiang Sha Liujunzi at drought and control group with Cisapride, lactein or Smecta. Improvements of syndrome, pain, quality of life were observed after two weeks’ treatment.Results:Xiang Sha Liujunzi Tang can effectively improve qi deficiency of the spleen, alleviating pain and improving quality of life; no significant difference was shown among the two groups.Conclusion:Xiang Sha Liujunzi Tang is capable of easing syndromes for gastric cancer, thus worth further application. |
