      目的:探讨回春汤对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠大脑皮层神经元超微结构的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白组、衰老模型组、维生素E组、回春汤大、小剂量组5组,采用灌胃给药6周后观察小鼠大脑皮层神经元超微结构。结果:回春汤大剂量组在改善衰老小鼠大脑皮层神经元超微结构方面优于维生素E组,其余各指标与维生素E组相比无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:回春汤有助于延缓小鼠的大脑衰老过程。
English Summary:
      to investigate into the effect of Rejuvenation Decoction on ultramicrostructure of cortical neuron of ageing mice induced by D-galactose. Method:mice studied were randomly divided into blank group, model group of ageing, Vitamin E group, low dose group of Rejuvenation Decoction, high dose group of Rejuvenation. After intragastrically administered for six weeks, we studied the ultramicrostructure of cortical neuron in mice. Result:high dose group of the decoction had advantage over the VE group for improvement of the ultramicrostructure of cortical neuron in mice. Other parameters showed no significant difference with VE group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Rejuvenation Decoction help delay the ageing process of mice’ brain.
