| 从临床出发提出新的组方模式，探讨治疗类风湿性关节炎的处方用药方法。组方模式以辨证论治为核心，结合现代中药药理学成就，并根据类风湿性关节炎独特的病程、病理改变及临床表现而加入针对性治疗的药物，为了增强处方的药效和减少副作用，加入增效药、解决毒副反应的用药及引经药。另外，为了确保能长期给药，配合使用保护脾胃药物及矫味药。通过对用药策略的探讨，以提高中医药治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。 |

| In view of clinic a new pattern of formulation was put in for exploring medication tactics for arthritis deformans. Taking syndrome differentiation and treatment as the core, the new pattern integrated current pharmacologic findings on Chinese medicinals. Special medicines were selected in accordance with course of disease, pathologic changes as well as clinical symptoms. In order for better effectives and lesser side effect, added were synergistic drugs, counter adverse effect drugs and messenger drugs. Moreover, spleen and stomach protecting drugs and related corrigents will assure long-term administration. The exploration of medical tactics is an enhancement of arthritis deformans treatment with Chinese medicine. |
