| 引起外感高热的病因众多，病机复杂。本文对其病机特点进行分析，认为毒邪是引起高热的主要因素，毒瘀交结是高热的病理关键。并对中医药治疗外感高热的思路与方法进行了探讨，归纳其主要治法有清热解毒法、解表透邪法、益气养阴法等，治疗方式应灵活多样，如使用不同的剂型、针灸退热等方式。 |

| Exogenous acute febrile diseases can be caused by many pathogenic factors via various complicated mechanisms. Analyzed in the article were mechanism features of the disease that the pathogenic toxin was a leading cause, and coexistence and interconnection of toxin and phlegm was the key. Also discussed were the therapeutic thoughts and methods of Chinese medicine for the disease. As summarized in principal therapeutic methods which include heat clearing-and toxin-removing, exterior-releasing and pathogen-expelling, qi-replenishing and yin-nourishing, and diverse flexible therapeutic tools such as various dosage forms and acupuncture and moxibustion, etc. |
