to investigate efficacy of Yiweiting plus abdominoscope operation in treating endometriosis and endometriosis complicated with infertilitas feminis. Methods:according to random, single-blind trial, 215 cases of endometriosis complicated with infertilitas feminis were randomly divided to treated group (104 cases), and control group (109 cases). The treated group orally took the Chinese medicinal decoction of Yiweiting after operation for two consecutive courses of treatment; meanwhile the control group received no other intervention than the operation. Results:two groups showed significant differences for effectiveness, cure rate after two courses, as well as the count of pregnancies at the half year follow-up (P<0.05). While there was little difference for three-month or one-year counts of pregnancies, or total pregnant rates (P>0.05). Conclusion:Yiweiting plus abdominoscope operation has remarkable therapeutic effect on endometriosis and pregnant rate in half a year after operation.
