Abstract:to explore effectiveness of Chinese medicine in combination of “Pain-relieving Belt” for chronic pelvic inflammation of the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:Chinese medicine decoction (internal use) plus pain-relieving belt (external use) are administered in treatment group; control group was given Chinese medicine only.Results:there is a notable decline of symptom score for the treatment group, and its total effective rate was 93.3%. That of the control group was 72.5%, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine decoction (internal use) plus pain-relieving belt (external use) is more effective than use of Chinese medicine alone in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. The pain-relieving belt deserves promotion for use in light of safety and convenience.
