| 目的：观察益心解毒颗粒对由CaCl2和乌头碱诱发动物心律失常的保护作用。方法：于大鼠末次用药60min后，舌下注射CaCl2和乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常，观察大鼠心电图变化及心律失常情况。结果：益心解毒颗粒3g/kg可明显提高CaCl2致大鼠心律失常的存活率；益心解毒颗粒1.5～6.0g/kg可推迟乌头碱致大鼠心律失常的发生时间、缩短心律失常持续时间。结论：益心解毒颗粒对动物心律失常有明显的保护作用。 |

| to observe the protective effect of Yixin Jiedu Granule on arrhythmia in lab animals induced by CaCl2 and aconitine.Methods:60 minutes after last medication，CaCl2 and aconitine were sublingually injected to induce arrhythmia in rats whose conditions were measured by ECG.Results:The survival rate of rats intervened by CaCl2 was significantly improved at the dosage of 3g/kg; with a dosage of 1.5~6.0g/kg，onset of arrhythmia was delayed and duration shortened.Conclusion:Yixin Jiedu Granule has a remarkable protective effect on arrhythmia in lab animals. |
