| 目的：观察茵栀黄注射液、黄芪注射液与顺铂(CDDP)、5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)联合腹腔灌注治疗恶性腹腔积液的疗效。方法：将82例恶性腹腔积液患者，随机分为2组，治疗组采用中西药联合腹腔灌注，对照组仅采用西药灌注，比较2组临床症状、毒副反应、卡氏评分、血常规、肝肾功能等指标。结果：治疗组恶性腹腔积液的有效率95.1%，对照组恶性腹腔积液的有效率73.2%，2组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：中西药联合腹腔灌注化疗，疗效满意，值得临床应用。 |

| To explore effectiveness on malignant seroperitoneum by a combined therapy of Yin Zhi Huang Injection， Huangqi Injection， and intraperitoneal perfusion with CDDP，5-Fu.Methods:82 cases of malignant seroperitoneum were randomly grouped and treated respectively with the combined treatments of Chinese and western medicines plus intraperitoneal perfusion， or the perfusion alone. Clinical symptoms， adverse or side effects were collected; besides Karnofsky scale， routine blood test， liver and kidney function tests were also used and results were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment group had an effective rate of 95.1% for malignant seroperitoneum compared with 73.2% of the control group， which was very significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Chinese， western medicines and intraperitoneal perfusion is clinically applicable with satisfactory effectiveness. |
