To explore effectiveness on malignant seroperitoneum by a combined therapy of Yin Zhi Huang Injection， Huangqi Injection， and intraperitoneal perfusion with CDDP，5-Fu.Methods:82 cases of malignant seroperitoneum were randomly grouped and treated respectively with the combined treatments of Chinese and western medicines plus intraperitoneal perfusion， or the perfusion alone. Clinical symptoms， adverse or side effects were collected; besides Karnofsky scale， routine blood test， liver and kidney function tests were also used and results were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment group had an effective rate of 95.1% for malignant seroperitoneum compared with 73.2% of the control group， which was very significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Chinese， western medicines and intraperitoneal perfusion is clinically applicable with satisfactory effectiveness.
