目的:建立家兔高脂血症模型,探讨脂康方剂降低血脂、抑制动脉粥样硬化发展及调节机体免疫功能的机理。方法: 1)建立高脂血症家兔模型; 2)观察主动脉病理改变; 3)检测C反应蛋白、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1的水平。结果: 1)成功建立高脂血症家兔模型; 2)通过对血脂水平、C反应蛋白、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1水平的检测,发现脂康方剂可有效降低血脂水平,调节动脉粥样硬化家兔C反应蛋白、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1的水平。结论:脂康方剂可有效降低高脂血症家兔血脂水平,并具有显著的抗炎作用。 |

To explore the mechanism of immune-mediating of Zhikang Pill in decreasing blood lipid to control the development of atherosclerosis by setting up hyperlipemia models of New Zealand rabbits. Methods:1) Set up hyperlipemia models of New Zealand rabbits; 2) Observe the pathological changes in endarterium;3) Study the effects of Zhi Kang Pill by detecting the levels of C-reactive protein and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 through ELISA. Results:1) Hyperlipidemia models were successfully established by using high-fat diet in New Zealand rabbits; 2) Zhi Kang Pill can effectively reduce blood lipid level and regulate the levels of C-reactive protein and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1.Conclusion:Zhi Kang Pill can effectively reduce the level of blood lipid in rabbit and has significant anti-inflammatory effects. |
