| the article aims to explore an effective method to cultivate excellent Chinese medicine doctors of a new generation by making research into the academic experience of the older generation. The article proposes, with the aid of scientific research, the academic experience of old and famous Chinese medicine doctor is provided with evaluative methods, a driving force to transform into scientific achievements in order for promotion, and opportunities for upgrading and development to become better promoted and innovated. |
