    摘要:

    目的:观察消臌软坚丸对肝硬化大鼠肝组织病理形态学和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor,BFGF)的影响。方法:采用复合因素造模法复制肝硬化大鼠模型,以复方鳖甲软肝片为对照,观察消臌软坚丸对大鼠肝脏病理形态学和BFGF的影响。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肝间质广泛纤维组织增生,将正常肝小叶分割成大小不等的肝细胞团(即假小叶形成),肝组织BFGF含量明显升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,高、低剂量组和对照组肝小叶结构亦受损,少量纤维组织增生,但未见形成间隔。肝组织BFGF含量明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:消臌软坚丸能显著改善肝硬化大鼠的肝脏病理组织学损害,同时可降低肝组织BFGF水平,具有显著的抗肝脏纤维化,阻断肝硬化进程的作用,对腹水的产生与消退也有积极的影响。

    Abstract:

    To observe the effect of Xiao gu ruan jian Pill on pathological morphous and basic fibroblast growth factor (BFGF) of rats of liver cirrhosis (LC).Methods:The LC rat model was established using multiple inducing factors, the effect of Xiao gu ruan jian Pill on pathological morphous and BFGF were observed with a control group tested with Composite Bie jia ruan gan Tablet.Results:In comparison with normal group, the model group had extensive fibrous tissue hyperplasia with formation of liver pseudolobule and significant increase of BFGF (P<0.01). In comparison with model group, some damage of acini hepatis with small amounts of fibrous tissue hyperplasia and a steady decrease of BFGF (P<0.05 or P<0.01) were found in high-dosage group, low-dosage group of Xiao gu ruan jian, and in the control group, all of which showed no signs of fibrotic septa.Conclusion:We observed Xiao gu ruan jian Pill can lessen the liver damage of rats with LC, and lower BFGF level, so it has remarkable effect of anti-liver fibrosis, blocking LC progress and relieving abdominal dropsy.
