| 目的：观察抑抗汤治疗免疫性不孕症的临床疗效。方法：测定患者治疗前后血清抗精子抗体(AsAb)、宫颈黏液抗精子抗体(AsA)改变情况及观察患者妊娠情况。结果：抑抗汤使AsAb、AsA不孕症患者在治疗后转阴，并有促进妊娠的作用，治愈率达52.08%，与对照组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论：抑抗汤对免疫性不孕症有良好的治疗作用。 |

| To observe the clinic effectiveness of Yikang tang for the treatment of immune infertility.Methods:Antisperm antibody (AsAb) levels in serum and in cervical mucus were assessed before and after treatment, increase of pregnancy was recorded after treatment.Results:Besides negative appearance of AsAb in some patients with infertility, Yikang tang promoted pregnancy with the statistically higher effective rate of 52.08% compared with that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Yikang tang has satisfactory curative effects on immune infertility. |
