| 目的：探查肝郁脾虚证大鼠血液运行的状况。方法：采用塑料夹夹尾+隔日禁食+禁食时在鼠笼上方悬挂食物的方法建立肝郁脾虚证大鼠模型，测定其血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α的含量及TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值。结果：肝郁脾虚证大鼠模型与正常对照组相比，TXB2及TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值明显升高（P<0.01），6-Keto-PGF1α则无明显变化（P>0.05）。结论：肝郁脾虚证大鼠出现了TXA2和PGI2之间平衡的失调，造成血液高黏和易形成血栓，表明肝郁脾虚证大鼠存在着血流不畅或血瘀的状态。 |

| To research condition of blood circulation in rats with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods:To establish such illness model, we placed plastic clip onto rats’ tails to cause fighting, fed food every other day while keeping food in sight during fasting, measured TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α、calculated ratio of TXB2/6-Keto- PGF1α. Results:Compared with normal rats, the model group had higher ratio of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α along with an increase in TXB2 (P<0.05), 6-Keto-PGF1αdidn’t change significantly (P>0.05).Conclusion:The disproportionate relationship between TXA2 and PGI2 increase risk of thrombus in rats with liver depression and spleen deficiency, suggesting hampered or stagnant blood circulation. |
