In order to design the best medication program for pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients with positive HBV marker and avoid liver injury, the impact of anti-tuberculosis drugs on the patient’s liver function was observed. The article reviews recent domestic reports on liver injury in TB patients with HBV complication, and research progress on rational medication for the above diseases.
