| 目的：观察解毒祛湿汤治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效。方法：选择临床诊断为囊肿型痤疮的患者120例随机分为解毒祛湿汤治疗组和维胺酯胶囊对照组，观察其局部主症变化和安全性，并进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组和对照组均较治疗前皮损有明显改善（P<0.05），2组疗效差异无显著性意义（P>0.05）。且治疗组无不良反应。结论：解毒祛湿汤治疗囊肿型痤疮有效、安全，值得推广。 |

| To observe the efficacy of Jiedu Qushi Tang for cystic acne. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients were randomly grouped to be treated with Jiedu Qushi Tang or retimid-ester respectively. We observed the topical symptom alleviation and drug safety, and performed relevant statistic analysis. Results:Both groups showed significant symptom alleviation (P<0.05) after treatment, with no significant efficacy differences in between (P>0.05). Untoward action did not appear with Jiedu Qushi Tang. Conclusion: Jiedu Qushi Tang is effective and safe for the treatment of cystic acne, thus is recommended for wide application. |
