| 目的：观察补阳还五汤对细胞免疫影响及清除免疫复合物的作用，验证补阳还五汤可提高免疫功能、修复血管内皮的损伤。方法：将小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和治疗组，治疗组给予补阳还五汤，Elisa法测CIC循环免疫复合物的含量，镜下观察E花环形成率，吞噬细胞的吞噬率。结果：补阳还五汤治疗组的循环免疫复合物的含量、E花环形成率、吞噬细胞的吞噬率与模型组相比，P<0.05，有统计学意义，与正常组比较，P>0.05，无统计学意义。结论：补阳还五汤可以提高红细胞受体活性，减少循环免疫复合物含量，增强小鼠腹腔的巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。 |

| To observe the impact of Buyang Huanwu Tang on cell immunity and immune complex clearance in order to confirm its effect on immunological functions. Methods:The model of qi deficiency and blood stagnancy was established on mice. The treatment group received Buyang Huanwu Tang, and was controlled by a normal group and a model group. We determined the content of circulating immune complex (CIC), calculated E-rosette forming rates, and phagocytic rates. Results:Of the abovementioned parameters, the treatment group was significantly different with the model group (P<0.05), and statistically the same with the normal group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Tang can stimulate erythrocyte receptor activity and phagocytic function, and reduce CIC content. |
