Abstract:To investigate impact of Supplemented Shenmaiyin Injection on contents of TNF-α、IL-1α in brain tissue of endotoxin shock rats so as to discuss mechanism of the method of qi-invigorating, blood-promoting and detoxification.Methods:SD rats(n=96) were randomly divided into 4 groups, i.e. sham operated group (saline 20ml/kg), model group(lipopolysaccharide LPS 8mg/kg), Shenmaiyin group (LPS 8mg/kg+Injection of reforming Shenmaiyin 10ml/kg), and dexamethasone group (LPS 8mg/kg+ dexamethasone 5mg/kg), each group subdivided to be detected at 1h,2h,3h and 6h hour point.All subjects were operated to separate carotid artery and connected with biological functional systems to monitor mean arterial pressure(MAP) and determine TNF-α、IL-1α levels in brain tissues.Results:MAP of model group drawdown after injection of LPS, increase of the content of TNF-α、IL-1α in brain tissue were observed at the same time, above-mentioned pathological changes were improved obviously in each treatment groups. Conclusion:By way of inhibiting excess mediators of inflammation in brain tissue of endotoxin shock, Supplemented Shenmaiyin contribute to antishock and brain protection, method of qi-invigorating, blood-promoting and detoxification is effective infective shock.
