| 目的：探讨关节炎丸对佐剂型关节炎大鼠关节病理改变的影响。方法：建立佐剂型关节炎大鼠动物模型，从关节肿胀度和病理改变观察关节炎丸的治疗作用。结果：关节炎丸能显著抑制大鼠足趾肿胀度、滑膜、骨和软骨组织的破坏，且其治疗作用呈现一定的量效关系。结论：关节炎丸有消肿和抑制滑膜增生的作用。 |

| To investigate effect of Arthritis pills on pathological changes of the adjuvant induced arthritis.Methods:The effect of Arthritis pills is evaluated in terms of joint swelling degree and pathological changes on adjuvant induced arthritis rat model. Results:Arthritis pills could significantly reduce swelling of rat toes; prevent destruction of bones, synovial and cartilage. And the effect is dose dependent. Conclusion: Arthritis pills can reduce swelling and inhibit synovial hyperplasia. |
