| 类风湿关节炎是一种自身免疫性疾病，部分患者较难治愈。本文中，作者以“毒邪致病证”为理论基础，结合临床实践及体会对类风湿关节炎的病因病机进行了探讨，分析了其难治的原因，并提出了从毒论治难治性类风湿关节炎的诊疗思路。 |

| Rheumatoid arthritis is a type of autoimmune diseases, and difficult to recover for some patients. In present article, based on ‘pathogen causing disease/syndrome’ theory, the author discusses his clinical experience on pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, analyzes reason for being refractory, and proposed a pathogen oriented way of diagnosis and treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. |
