| 新中国成立后，在党和政府的关注和支持下，中医药在各个领域都取得了较大的发展。在新的历史条件下，中医药发展尽管面临很多挑战，但也面临着更多的机遇，作者分析了中医药发展的历史与现状，认为中医药要为世界多做贡献，产生更大的影响，就必须正视现状，努力发展，并指出多种模式发展中医是社会的需要，也是中医药发展的必然。 |

| Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Chinese medicine has remarkable developments in various areas thanks to the attention and support of the Chinese Communist Party. Under new historical circumstances, Chinese medicine is facing more opportunities than challenges. Having reviewed development of Chinese medicine past and today, author proposed, in order to make greater contributions to the world and having greater impact, Chinese medicine needs to face reality, speed up development. To develop Chinese medicine in multiple modes is not only a need of society, but also inevitable result of the development itself. |
