目的:观察痹痛灵颗粒对胶原诱导类风湿性关节炎大鼠肺组织微血管密度及IL-17 mRNA表达的影响。方法:建立胶原诱导大鼠类风湿性关节炎模型,通过免疫组化测量微血管密度,实时荧光PCR法测量肺组织IL-17 mRNA表达量,评价痹痛灵颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎肺组织血管新生的作用机理。结果:痹痛灵颗粒可降低造模大鼠肺组织微血管密度,下调IL-17 mRNA过量表达。结论:痹痛灵颗粒对胶原诱导大鼠类风湿性关节炎肺组织血管新生有一定的治疗作用,其作用机理可能与下调IL-17 mRNA高表达有关。 |

To investigate effect of Bitongling Granule on microvessel density and IL-17 mRNA expression in collagen introduce arthritis Rats. Methods:To establish the collagen introduce arthritis Rat models, determined microvessel density by IHCA, assessed IL-17 mRNA expression in lung tissue by PCR so as to evaluate action mechanism of the Granule on angiogenesis in lung tissue of the model rats. Methods:Bitongling Granule can reduce microvessel density and excessive IL-17 mRNA expression. Conclusion: Bitongling Granule can treat angiogenesis in lung tissue of collagen introduce arthritis Rats, which may be achieved through reducing IL-17 mRNA expression. |
