| 目的：观察加味化痰通络汤治疗风痰瘀阻型脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：将102例风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组51例。2组均采用现代医学规范化治疗，治疗组同时加服加味化痰通络汤200mL/次，2次/d，2组疗程均为14天。观察2组患者神经功能缺损评分、临床症状及证候的改善情况。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均好于治疗前（P<0.05）；治疗组总有效率为94.1%，对照组为88.2%，2组比较有显著差异（P<0.01）。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：加味化痰通络汤对风痰瘀阻型脑梗死患者的临床证候有明显的改善作用，能有效改善神经功能损害。 |

| To explore efficacy of modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction on cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm obstruction. Methods:102 patient with cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm obstruction were randomized to treatment group (n=51) and control group (n=51). Both groups were treated by the standard treatment regimen, on top of that, the treatment group received modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction, 200mL per time, twice a day, 2 courses, 14 days each. After treatment, neurologic impairment score, clinical symptoms were assessed. Results:After treatment both groups improved significantly in neurologic impairment score (P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment group was 94.1%, compared with 88.2% of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Modified Huatan Tongluo Decoction can effectively relieve neurologic impairment and clinical symptoms in patients with cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm obstruction. |
