| 目的：观察龙花胶囊对恶性肿瘤放化疗后血小板减少症的治疗作用。方法：64例患者随机分为治疗组（34例）和对照组（30例），治疗组口服龙花胶囊（4粒/次，3次/日），对照组每日13时皮下注射白介素-11(IL-11)25μg/Kg，2组患者均连续治疗14天或血小板计数大于100×109/L时停药，观察2组患者中医证侯、外周血小板计数的变化。结果：治疗组患者的中医症候改善优于对照组（P<0.05），治疗组第7天外周血小板计数显著低于对照组（P<0.05），第14天2组外周血小板计数无显著差异（P>0.05），2组总有效率无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论：龙花胶囊能有效改善放化疗后血小板减少症患者的临床证侯，升高外周血小板计数。 |

| To observe efficacy of LongHua Capsule on treatment of thrombocytopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods:Sixty-four patients were randomized to treatment group (n=34) and control group (n=30). The treatment group was given LongHua Capsule orally (4 tablets /time, 3 times a day), the control group was injected IL-11 25μg/Kg daily at 13:00. The symptoms and peripheral platelet count changes were observed when all patients were treated continuously for 14 days or platelet count was greater than 100 × 109 /L whichever comes first. Results:Compared with the control group, the treatment group was better at symptom improvement and lower in peripheral platelet count on the Day7 (P<0.05). There was no significant change between the groups in peripheral platelet count and the total efficay on Day14 (P>0.05). Conclusion: LongHua Capsule can improve clinical symptoms and increase peripheral platelet count in patients with thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy. |
