| 目的：观察润肠通乐口服液对脾虚型便秘小鼠的通便作用。方法：采用隔日饮食+过度疲劳+缺水燥结法复制小鼠脾虚便秘模型，观察润肠通乐口服液对脾虚型小鼠首次排便粒数、脏器系数、游泳时间的影响。结果：润肠通乐口服液大、中剂量使小鼠排便粒数明显增多(P<0.05)；大、中剂量可以明显提高小鼠游泳时间(P<0.05)；大、中剂量组小鼠肝、脾、肾、胸腺系数较模型有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论：通过小鼠排便粒数、游泳时间以及脏器系数可知，润肠通乐口服液对脾虚型便秘具有良好的作用。 |

| To investigate effect of Runchang Tongle Drink on the constipated mice due to spleen deficiency. Methods:The mice model of constipation due to spleen deficiency was established by feeding every 2 days, fatigue and short of water. After taking Runchang Tongle Drink, the mice were observed for defecate amount, organ coefficient and swimming time. Results:In terms of the parameters assessed (defecate amount, organ coefficient and swimming time), high and medium dose of Runchang Tongle Drink can significantly relieve constipation symptoms (P<0.05). Conclusion: Concluded from our study, the Runchang Tongle Drink is effective to relieve constipation due to spleen deficiency. |
