| 目的：观察自拟和胃止痛汤治疗胃脘痛的疗效。方法：以自拟和胃止痛汤治疗胃脘痛，12d为1个疗程。结果：128例中治愈101例，显效12例，有效8例，无效7例，总有效率为94.53%。结论：自拟和胃止痛汤治疗胃脘痛疗效确切，值得临床推广应用及进一步研究。 |

| To observe the effectiveness of self formulated stomach- harmonizing and Pain- killing decoction for treatment of epigastric pain. Methods:The patients were treated for a course of 12 days. Results:Among 128 patients, 101 recovered, another 12 were significantly effective, 8 were effective, 7 didn’t quite respond to the treatment. The total effective rate was 94.53%. Conclusion:Self formulated stomach- harmonizing and Pain- killing decoction has clinically confirmed effectiveness for epigastric pain, thus is worth further application and research. |
