| 目的：观察脑心通胶囊对脑梗死患者的血脂和颈动脉粥样斑块治疗作用。方法：选择172例脑梗死患者，随机分成2组，每组86例，2组患者均给予常规治疗，在此基础上，治疗组加用脑心通口服1.6g，3次/日，2组疗程均为12个月。所有患者均在治疗前和治疗后分别行血脂测定和彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉形态、内径、内膜至中膜的厚度（IMT）、斑块等指标，测评其临床疗效。结果：2组患者在治疗12个月后血浆TC、TG、LDL-C均较治疗前明显降低，且治疗后治疗组TC、LDL-C较对照组下降更明显，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；同时，治疗组在治疗12个月后颈动脉的低回声及混合回声粥样硬化斑块的积分较对照组的斑块积分显著减少，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：脑心通胶囊能明显改善脑梗死患者血脂，阻止颈动脉粥样硬化发展，甚至逆转、缩小斑块，临床疗效确切。 |

| To observe the effect of Naoxintong Capsule on treatment of lipid and carotid atherosclerosis plaques in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 172 cases of patient were randomized into two groups， control group was treated with routine methods and treatment group was treated with routine methods and Naoxintong Capsule 1.6g， three times everyday for twelve months.The lipid ， intima-media thickness and carotid atherosclerosis plaques were measured before and after treatment respectively for each patient.Results:After twelve months， in each group， the changes of total cholesterol， triglyceride， low density lipoprotein cholesterol were determined before and after treatment（P<0.05) .In the group of treating with Naoxintong Capsule， there were more evident changes of total cholesterol、low density lipoprotein cholesterol and carotid atherosclerosis plaques than the control group（P<0.05).Conclusion:Naoxintong Capsule has good effect in treating lipid and stabilizing carotid atherosclerosis plaques and preventing the progression of plaques. |
