To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicine dispelling therapy combined with high-intensity focused ultrasound on treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods:A total of 132 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (66 cases) was treated with HIFU and “Jiliu Neixioo Decoction”， while the control group (66 cases) was treated with HIFU combined oral placebo. To observe the change of clinical symptoms and diameter of myoma after 3 months. Results: The total efficacy of the treatment group and control group were 95.45% and 82.1% respectively， the treatment group was significantly higher than contrd group.(P<0.01). Conclusion: HIFU combined with Chinese medicine dispelling therapy is of obvious curative effect in treating uterine fibroids， and worthy of promotion.
