| 目的：观察刺络放血联合中药外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法：将102例急性痛风性关节炎患者采用刺络放血联合中药外敷。结果：治疗后生化指标、症状评定改善明显（P<0.05），临床疗效总有效率达到96.1%。结论：刺络放血联合中药外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎效果良好。 |

| To evaluate efficacy of bloodletting of Ci collaterals in combination of external use of Chinese medicine to treat gouty arthritis. Methods: A total of 102 patients of gouty arthritis was treated with bloodletting of Ci collaterals in combination of external use of Chinese medicine. Results: After treatment， biochemical parameter values and symptoms were improved significantly (P<0.05) with a total effective rate of 96.1%. Conclusion: bloodletting of Ci collaterals in combination of external use of Chinese medicine is an effective treatment of gouty arthritis. |
