| 目的：观察分析针灸择期治疗周围性面瘫患者的疗效。方法：2009年8月至2011年2月收入我科周围性面瘫急性期患者50例，随机分为2组，A组25人，B组25人。A组采用择期针灸治疗方法，B组采用急性期针灸治疗方法，观察疗效并进行统计分析。结果：A组治愈17例，占68%；显效6例，占24%；有效2例，占8%，总有效率100%。B组治愈15例，占60%，显效8例，占32%，有效2例，占8%，总有效率100%。2组总有效率均为100%，A组治愈率高于B组，2组治愈率无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：针灸择期治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效显著，早期干预对预后可能有益。 |

| To observe and analyze effects of acupuncture by stage on peripheral facial paralysis patients . Methods: From August 2009 to February 2011， 50 cases with acute peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into A and B two groups， with 25 cases in each group.Patients in group A was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion by stage， while group B was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion at acute stage.The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion by stage in treating peripheral facial paralysis was observed and analyzed statistically.Results:seventeen cases were cured (68%)，6 cases had significant effect (24%) ， 2 cases were effective (8%) in group A，and the total effective rate of group A was 100% in group A ; 15 cases were cured(60% )， 8 cases had significant effect (32%)， 2 cases were effective (8%) in group B，and the total efficiency of group B was 100% . Compared to group B， the cure rate of group A was higher.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion by stage in treating peripheral facial paralysis was significant ， early intervention on prognosis may be more beneficial . |
