| 目的：建立抗骨增生片中柚皮苷含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法，C18柱色谱柱，流动相乙腈-水-冰醋酸（14∶86∶4），流速1.0mL·min-1，检测波长283nm，柱温40℃。结果：在0.0284～0.0994μg范围内柚皮苷线性关系良好，平均回收率为98.76%，RSD为0.68%。结论：该方法能够对抗骨增生片进行准确、快速的柚皮苷定量检测。 |

| The method was established for determination of the content of naringin in Kanggu Zengsheng Tablet. Methods: C18 column was used with gradient elution of Acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (14:86:4) as mobile phase by flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 283nm and the column temperature was 40℃. Results: The cabibration curves of naringin was in good linearity over the range of 0.0284～0.0994μg (r=0.9999). The average recoverage of naringin was 98.76% (n=6， RSD 0.68%). Conclusion: The method is accurate and quick for determinating the content of naringin in Kanggu Zengsheng Tablet. |
