| 目的：观察中医综合疗法防治老年髋部骨折围手术期肺部感染的临床疗效。方法：治疗组81例，在入院后采用中医综合疗法预防老年髋部骨折患者围手术期肺部感染；对照组75例，在入院后给予常规治疗。治疗3周后，比较分析2组患者肺部感染的发生率和肺部感染的严重程度。结果：治疗组81例出现肺部感染的有4例，对照组75例出现肺部感染有12例，2组差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.177，P=0.023）；2组肺部感染的严重程度分别为(2.78±1.50)与(3.92±2.31)，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：中医综合疗法可有效防治老年髋部骨折围手术期肺部感染的发生。 |

| To observe efficacy of integrated TCM therapy for the treatment of pulmonary infection in elderly patients following surgery of hip fracture.Methods: A total of 156 elderly patients of hip fracture following surgery of hip fracture were divided into treatment group (n=81) and control group (n=75). The treatment group were treated with integrated TCM therapy，control group with conventional therapy. After 3-week treatment，the occurrence rate and degree of lung infection were compared.Results: After treatment，there were 4 patients with pulmonary infection in treatment group and 12 in control group，which was statistically significant(χ2=5.177，P=0.023）. The degree of lung infection was (2.78±1.50) in treatment group compared to (3.92±2.31) in control group，the difference was not significant(P>0.05）.Conclusion:Integrated TCM therapy was effective to prevent and control pulmonary infection in elderly patients following surgery of hip fracture. |
