| 目的：探讨天丹通络胶囊联合丹红注射液对高龄急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果。方法：筛选我院神经内科75岁以上轻症急性脑梗死患者，随机分为天丹通络胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗的治疗组和丹红注射液治疗的对照组，2周后予以疗效评价。结果：总入选65例患者，治疗组33例、对照组32例。治疗组总有效人数28人，总有效率84.5%；对照组总有效人数20例，总有效率62.5%。P<0.05。结论：天丹通络胶囊联合丹红注射液可以作为治疗高龄轻症急性脑梗死患者的有效药物。 |

| To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tiandan Tongluo capsule for elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods:Patients over 75 years old in neurology department with mild acute cerebral infarction were screened and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Tiandan Tongluo capsule combined with Danhong injection; while the control group was given Danhong injection only. After 2 weeks, the therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results:The total enrolled 65 patients, 33 cases in treatment group and 32 cases in control group. There were 28 cases improved in treatment group, while 20 cases improved in control group. The total effective rate was 84.5% in treatment group, and 62.5% in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of Tiandan Tongluo capsule combined with Danhong injection is effective for elder patients with mild acute cerebral infarction. |
