| 目的：探讨滋肾育胎丸联合孕期健康教育治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法：笔者所在医院2010年10月至2011年10月收治孕12周前的196例先兆流产患者，通过查房了解孕情后对住院保胎的孕妇进行健康宣教联合滋肾育胎丸治疗。结果：经过滋肾育胎丸治疗联合健康宣教后，保胎成功183例，成功率为93.36%，均经B超验证胎儿情况良好，孕妇治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论：滋肾育胎丸联合孕期健康教育治疗先兆流产安全有效，值得临床推广。 |

| To explore the clinical effect of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with pregnancy health education for threatened abortion. Methods: A total of 196 cases of threatened abortion patients within the first 12 gestational weeks in author's hospital from October 2010 to October 2011 were recruited. Through hospital ward round to know the pregnancies，we gave the treatment of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with pregnancy health education to patients. Results: After treatment，the therapy of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with health education protected 183 cases successfully，and the effective rate was 93.36%，the fetus were all in good condition verified by ultrasound scan. During treatment，pregnant women did not have any obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion: The treatment of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with pregnancy health education for threatened abortion was safe and effective，and worthy of being widely applied in clinic. |
