| 目的：观察陈以平经验方——益气补肾利湿泄浊方治疗GN的的疗效。方法：采用随机、平行、对照的方法将入选的病例分为治疗组35例、对照组20例。在基础治疗上，对照组口服别嘌醇片，治疗组口服别嘌醇片联合陈师的经验方——益气补肾利湿泄浊方；疗程均为6个月，观察相关指标的改变。结果：2组患者治疗后UA均较治疗前明显下降，治疗组UA降低幅度优于对照组；SCr治疗组治疗后明显降低，对照组则无明显变化。结论：益气补肾利湿泄浊方可显著降低UA、SCr，改善肾功能，此作用优于单用别嘌醇。 |

| To observe the effect of the Chen Yi-ping’s empirical formula：Qi-Tonifying Kidney-Replenishing Dampness-Eliminating and Turbid-Dispersing Formula in treatment of gouty nephropathy.Methods:The GN patients were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases) and control group(24 cases).In addition to routine treatment, the controlled group was given Allopurinol; and the treatment group was given Allopurinol and the formula. We observed the changes of the correlated parameters after 6 months of treatment.Results:After treatment, the UA levels dropped in both groups; the treatment group with a wider reduction margin than the control group.The SCr levels of treatment group also dropped after treatment, while it didn’t significantly changed in control group.Conclusion:Qi-Tonifying Kidney-Replenishing Dampness-Eliminating and Turbid-Dispersing Formula combined with Allopurinol can decrease SCr and UA, and better protect kidney functions than using Allopurinol alone. |
