| 雷公藤红素是中药雷公藤的一个单体成分，在体内外均具有较强的抗肿瘤活性。研究表明雷公藤红素具有抑制肿瘤细胞转移，以及抑制血管内皮细胞生长等作用。作者查阅了近年来国内外的文献，对雷公藤红素的抗肿瘤作用进行综述，为雷公藤红素的抗肿瘤研究提供依据。 |

| Celastrol is a compound of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f, which has strong anti-tumor activity in vitro and in vivo. Research has shown celastrol can inhibit tumor metastasis and angiogenesis，and induce apoptosis of tumour cells. According to a large number of domestic and international studies on Celastrol in recent years, anti-tumor effects of Celastrol were reviewed, so as to provide a basis for the anti-tumor research of Celastrol. |
