| 目的：观察养血清脑颗粒对脑卒中后认知障碍的临床疗效。方法：将80名脑卒中后认知障碍患者随机分为2组，对照组以常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用养血清脑颗粒，并观察临床疗效、MMSE、ADL、中医证候积分。结果：治疗组各指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：养血清脑颗粒治疗脑卒中后认知障碍具有较好的临床疗效。 |

| To observe the efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao granule in treating post-stroke cognitive impairment. Methods:A total of 80 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment were recruited and randomized into 2 groups. Group A was treated with conventional treatment; based on this， group B was also treated with Yangxue Qingnao granule. The clinical effect， MMSE， ADL and TCM syndrome score were evaluated in both groups. Results:The indexes in treatment group were significantly superior to those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yangxue Qingnao granule has good therapeutic effect on post-stroke cognitive impairment. |
