| 目的：探讨六神丸对H22肝癌腹水移植瘤PDGF与VEGF表达的影响及其可能机制。方法：建立H22肝癌腹水移植瘤模型，分组干预，运用免疫组织化学法测定PDGF与VEGF的表达情况，进行统计学分析。结果：六神丸组、顺铂组及联合组的PDGF及VEGF表达平均灰度值及面密度阳性率均显著低于对照组（P<0.01），且联合组灰度值最低、抑制作用最明显，提示六神丸与顺铂联合应用产生协同作用。结论：六神丸具有抗肿瘤血管生成作用，其机理与抑制PDGF与VEGF表达密切相关。 |

| To explore the effect of Liushen Pill on expression of PDGF and VEGF on H22 hepatoma ascites transplantable tumors. Methods: Models of H22 hepatoma ascites transplantable tumor were established for different groups of intervention. Immunohistochemical method was used to measure the expression of PDGF and VEGF for statistic analysis. Results: the average grey level and positive rate of area density in Liushen Pill group，cisplatin group and combination group were all significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). The lowest grey level and most obvious inhibition effect in combination group showed that combined application of Liushen Pill and cisplatin would bring synergy. Conclusions: Liushen Pill would restrain the generation of tumor blood vessels whose mechanism shows relevance with inhibition of the expression of PDGF and VEGF. |
