      总结了我国高等中医药院校2000-2010年医药营销专业学生培养情况以及目前医药行业人员从业现状,选择了先声商学院第一期31名同学,以及经贸管理学院同一年级医药营销专业30名同学为研究样本,对两组同学在不同资源与教学情况下进行创造力和学习创意测试。针对两组样本测试结果进行t检验分析,发现商学院同学的创造力和学习创意得分明显高于经管院其他的营销班。通过总结,为中医院校创新型医药营销人才培养提供相关建议。
English Summary:
      This paper summaries the training outcome of students majored in pharmaceutical marketing in TCM higher education institutes during year 2000 to 2010, as well as the current situation of pharmaceutical marketing employees. Research samples were chosen including 31 students from the first phase of Xiansheng Business Academy and 30 students of the same grade from Pharmaceutical Marketing Subject of Economic and Trade Management Academy. The creativity and innovative study were tested on the two groups who were under different teaching resources. The outcome of T test analysis showed that the creativity and innovative study scores of the students from the Business Academy were significantly higher than that of students from the other group. The conclusion would provide some suggestions to the training of innovative pharmaceutical marketing talents.
