Based on the theory of topological structure within the syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the high order multi and nonlinear structure of syndromes can be cracked, and the panorama of complex and changeable syndrome can be shown, revealing dynamic evolving of syndromes sub-sets, inter-changing between main and secondary symptoms, precise correspondence with prescriptions and medicines, and the scientific connotation of dynamic evocating rule. Using syndrome structured theory to analyze ancient medical records, formula as well as clinical research data, can deepen our understanding of Chinese medicine formula, enrich knowledge of health care and illness prevention, so as to promote treatment based on syndrome differentiation and TCM theory development.
