| 目的：探讨中医食疗辅助中医药治疗虚寒型胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将72例虚寒型胃溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组36例。对照组单纯用中医药治疗，治疗组在用中医药治疗的基础上采用中医食疗进行辅助治疗。2组均以6周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.22%,对照组总有效率为88.89%,经统计学处理差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中医食疗辅助中医药治疗虚寒型胃溃疡的临床疗效显着，值得在临床上推广应用。 |

| To explore the effect of dietetic therapy on deficiency-cold type gastric ulcer as a complementary therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Seventy-two cases of deficiency-cold type gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided to treatment group and control group. The 36 patients in control group received the traditional Chinese medicine only, while the treatment group gave patients the dietetic therapy as a complementary therapy of traditional Chinese medicine at the same time. Both the control group and treatment group received the corresponding treatment for 6 weeks as a treatment course. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were respectively 97.22% and 88.89%. Significant difference was observed between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Dietetic therapy as a complementary therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was effective in the clinic treatment of deficiency-cold type gastric ulcer, which is worthy of clinical application. |
