| 目的：观察益气活血通络中药口服加薰洗的方法治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例，治疗组采用基础治疗加益气活血通络中药口服加薰洗的方法，对照组采用基础治疗加口服阿司匹林片，静脉输注红花注射液。结果：2组治疗前后症状、体征疗效比较，P<0.01,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组；治疗组治疗前后比较股动脉收缩期峰值流速，P<0.01，差异有统计学意义，对照组治疗前后各项指标比较，P>0.05，差异无统计学意义，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：益气活血通络法中药内服加熏洗较单纯西药对糖尿病下肢血管病变的治疗更为有效。 |

| To observe the clinical curative effect of method of supplementing qi, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals by Chinese medicine plus steaming washing therapy in treating diabetic lower extremity arterial disease(DLEAD). Methods: A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by method of supplementing qi, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals by Chinese medicine plus steaming washing therapy, while the control group adopted the basic treatment plus oral-taken aspirin, intravenous infusion of safflower injection. Results: The symptoms and signs in both groups showed significant improvement before and after treatment (P<0.01), and the treatment group was significantly better than control group; the femoral artery peak systolic velocity in treatment group had improved obviously after treatment (P<0.01). The therapeutic effect of treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion: Method of supplementing qi, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals by Chinese medicine plus steaming washing therapy is more effective than western medicine only on DLEAD. |
