| 目的:观察清利活化法联合心理疏导对慢性前列腺炎治疗的临床效果。方法:将160例我院门诊患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，其中对照组80例，治疗组80例，对照组给以常规抗生素治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加服清热利湿活血化瘀中药，同时配合心理疏导，30天为1疗程，1疗程结束后观察效果。结果:治疗组有效率为72%，对照组有效率为62%，经统计学处理，治疗组有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清利活化法联合心理疏导治疗慢性前列腺炎具有良好效果，优于传统抗生素治疗。 |

| To observe the clinical effect of clearing heat and activating blood method combined with psychological counseling for chronic prostatitis. Methods:A total of 160 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group equally. Control group were given conventional antibiotic therapy, while the treatment group was treated with clearing heat and activating blood method combined with psychological counseling based on the conventional antibiotic therapy. We observed the effect after 30 days. Results: The effective rate of treatment group was 72%, while the control group was 62%. The effective rate of treatment group was significant higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Clearing heat and activating blood method combined with psychotherapy has good effect in treating chronic prostatitis, and is superior to conventional antibiotic treatment. |
