| 本文在研究中医医话的基础上，探讨质性研究理论在中医临床研究中应用，旨在提出质性研究方法同样适用于中医研究，并非所有的临床都是临床对照研究。内容包括质性研究概述、医话中的定性理论、医话中的定性案例、质性研究临床实践，首次提出了医话医案研究应用质性研究是一种很好的探索。 |
| English Summary: |
| Based on the researches of medical talks in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), this article discussed the application of qualitative research theory in TCM clinical research, and it was proved that qualitative research method also can apply to TCM research. The author held that not all of the clinical researches are control study. The content includes overview of qualitative research, qualitative theory in medical talks, qualitative cases in medical talks and clinical practice of qualitative research. This article put forward that it is a good exploration to apply qualitative research in case research for the first time. |
