| 美国是最早对针灸学进行立法规管的国家之一。针灸学在美国的立法经历了艰难的过程，尤其在立法初期。对针灸学进行立法规管可以有效保障针灸的生存和健康有序发展，保护针灸从业者的合法权益。截至目前，美国50个州1个特区中已有44个州和1个特区对针灸学进行立法规管。美国对针灸学的立法规管具有鲜明特点，已日臻成熟与完善。 |
| English Summary: |
| The United States was one of the earliest countries on legalization of acupuncture. The process of legalization of acupuncture in the United States was very hard, especially in the beginning. Legalization of acupuncture can guarantee that acupuncture will develop healthy and orderly, and it can protect the rights of the practitioners. Up to now, 44 states and 1 district had achieved legalization of acupuncture among 50 states and 1district in the United State. The legalization of acupuncture of the United States with distinctive characteristics is more and more mature and perfect day by day. |
